Rocky Mansion is an elegant and spacious villa, facing South in a privileged wind-sheltered location above the marvelous golden sand Agrari Beach with magnificent views of the Aegean Sea. Although located just 10 minutes by car from down town Mykonos, the property is offering tranquility, privacy and stunning scenery. Agrari Beach, with its intimate charm and crystal clear water, is just a quick 10 min walk downhill. The villa's charming interior, schemed in light blue, white and ochre, could be described as “beach house style” combining traditional elements of Cycladic architecture with provincial selected details.
The outdoor spaces of Rocky Mansion, surrounded by rocky hills and Mediterranean herbs, embrace the true spirit of summer life as they allow living each moment of the day in total comfort and relaxation. An array of two-level sitting areas and one distinct dining/lounge pergola-shaded area, paired with a stone-sculpted dining table and a traditional wood fire BBQ, is offering guests a perfect entertaining area. An elegant infinity pool surrounded by a very spacious sun deck with comfortable summer furniture dominates the villa’s terrace well accompanied by a covered pergola providing shading. The fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances gives onto a pleasing living-sitting space directly accessing the swimming pool and its wide terraces.

Maid Services
The maid is responsible for the everyday cleaning of the Villa interior and exterior during the daily 4-hours’ service including weekends.
She will change towels and linen every 3 days.
Maintenance
The villa take care guy is responsible for the maintenance of the swimming pool, the supply of the water tank, the supply of kitchen gas, the disposal of garbage and the general technical maintenance of the villa. He will be cleaning the pool and maintaining the quality of water twice per week.

Arrival - Departure
On arrival date the Concierge will be waiting with a nameplate to meet and greet you either at Mykonos Airport or at the Port. He will offer you luggage assistance and escort you to the villa for a fast and smooth check-in. Upon your arrival at the villa, he will show you everything you need to know with detailed information and suggestions. Mykonos maps are available at the villa.
On departure date he will assist you with your luggage.
Car Rental
We strongly recommend you to rent a car (or chauffeur) upon your arrival or in advance. Keep in mind, that the public transportation is not available everywhere in the island and with only 31 taxis available throughout the whole season in Mykonos you may find it difficult to move around easily. Your Concierge can arrange your car rental service through a local reliable company.
Chauffer / Transfer Services
There are many factors that make driving in Mykonos very challenging. The traffic is hectic all day and night long, many roads are badly formed or very narrow and there are numerous blind corners all around the road network. Being involved in a car accident, especially if you do not wish to count your drinks, might ruin your vacation. You should also consider that it could be very difficult to find a parking space, particularly around popular places such as Mykonos Down Town (Chora), major villages and almost every beach on the island.
In order to have peace of mind and feel free on your vacations it is strongly recommended to use our chauffeur services. Transfers should be booked in advance, especially during the peak season (July and August). Please email to hq@clubzak.com to book on time.
Bike / Quad Rental
Renting bikes and quads is widely spread all over Mykonos island. Upon your request, your Concierge will make all necessary booking arrangements. Due to law restriction all quads have a 50CC engine.
Yacht rental
Discover the magic island of Delos or Mykonos’ hidden secluded beaches. Your holiday experience could be perfectly complemented with a day cruise by boat. Ask your Concierge to give you valuable suggestions on suitable tours and vessels, from a traditional Greek “Kaiki” to a 90ft. state-of-the-art yacht.
Villa Supplies
The villa is supplied with 2 bottles of water, toilet and kitchen paper, hand and dishes soap and shampoo and garbage bags.
Super Markets
There is a wide selection all over the island. The largest (voted best of Europe) and with an extensive variety, “Flora”, is located across the airport. A second one is “AB” at Ornos village. SMs in Mykonos operate from 9AM to 9PM and some mini markets are open 24 hours.
If you need some SM supplies before your arrival at the Estate, please email your SM list to the Concierge and he will take care of it.
You should pay the bill upon your arrival.
Water
Water is very precious on earth and in Mykonos even more! Please use it wisely. Water in Mykonos comes from wells and is kept at a well-maintained water tank of limited quantity. It is NOT drinkable.
Electricity
Blackouts may occur in Mykonos. The villa has its own electricity generator so no worries about it.
Swimming Pool
For your safety please use ONLY plastic glassware around the pool. Keep in mind that even a tiny piece of broken glass can severely damage the pool filters. For maintaining healthy water pool environment, we strongly recommend you not to use any kind of oil-based tanning lotion which can also permanently stain the sunbed mattresses. If you feel any discomfort with the pool’s water, please contact the Concierge to address the problem.
Security
Please lock the villa and set the alarm on at night and whenever you are not at the Estate. Although Mykonos is considered a very safe island all year round, we advise you to take precautions. In any case, we cannot be held responsible for any loss or misplacement of your valuables.
Wi-Fi Internet
Free Internet Wi-Fi is provided indoors and outdoors via a 200 Mbps Starlink satelite.
TV / Satellite / Media Player / Stereo
The villa provides satellite free to air TV channels, a media player with 100 blockbuster High Definition 2012-20 movies and a stereo CD/MP3 system with Bluetooth support.
In-House Chef
Carefully selected Chefs and Cooks are available upon request to offer you a unique cooking service. Chefs should be booked in advance, especially during the peak season (July and August). Please email to hq@clubzak.com to get Chef menus and book on time.
Babysitting
If you are planning some romantic moments away from your children, we can provide you with a qualified English speaking nanny to look after your beloved ones. The Concierge will arrange it for you.
Beauty / Lifestyle
Let our experts pamper you with exclusive facial, body and massage treatments. Private appointments are available upon request for massage, Yoga sessions, hair and nail salon services. Bookings to Spa centers and Hair and Nail Salons in the island can also be arranged. For the guests who do not wish to change their daily exercise routine, there are several Gyms available as well. Just ask the Concierge.
Restaurant / Club / Beach Bar
Reservations During peak season (July and August) it is very important to make reservations in advance.
The Concierge has a huge list of suggestions and he can book the place of your preference. Mykonos offers excellent Greek cuisine as well as almost all international flavors. When the big clubs host events with famous Dj’s, the Concierge can book your tickets and make your table reservations. Finally, if you’re planning to spend your day at a beach bar restaurant, we strongly recommend you to book your sunbeds in advance.
